Commission Policy for Bespoke Furniture

Thank you for your interest in commissioning a bespoke furniture piece. To ensure a smooth process and the highest quality craftsmanship, please review our commission policy below:  

Deposit & Booking

- All commission work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total price.  

- This deposit secures your project slot, allows for detailed design planning, and covers the purchase of necessary materials.  

- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece and before delivery or collection.
 

Payments & Pricing

- Prices will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.  

- The deposit can be paid via the website bank transfer, PayPal or cash. Please contact us to arrange your preferred method.  

- All prices are final once agreed upon, and any additional requests may result in extra charges.  

Design & Production

- Custom designs will be developed in collaboration with you. Once finalized, no major changes can be made without additional costs.  

- Lead times will vary depending on the complexity of the design and material availability. A timeframe will be provided at the time of booking.  

Cancellations, Postponements & Refunds

- Due to the nature of bespoke work, the deposit is non-refundable. This covers time spent on design, planning, and material procurement.  

- All bespoke items are non-refundable. As each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the project is completed.  

- If you need to postpone your commission, we will honor a postponement period of up to 3 months from the original agreed-upon start date. After this period, a new deposit may be required.  

- If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of production, additional costs may apply.  

Delivery & Collection

- Once the piece is completed, the remaining balance must be paid before collection or delivery.  

- Delivery options can be discussed, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the client.
